There are multiple ways to cancel your subscriptions.

The fastest and easiest way is by using our cancellation form that can be found here.

Please only fill out the form once if you have more than one product you would like to cancel; just list each where indicated on the form. Do not submit the same form multiple times as that will slow down processing time. You will receive an email confirmation after the cancellation has been processed or if there is a question. You should expect it within two to four business days.

You can also cancel by email at [email protected] please be sure to include your name, email address associated with your Investors Alley account, and the product(s) you’d like to cancel.

Note that our normal business hours are 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. eastern, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays; meaning if you send a cancellation request over the weekend or a holiday we will not be able to get to it at least until the next business day.
